Consultation
After contacting us by phone or email a booking is scheduled for the earliest date we can come out to site to meet with you. In a process that generally takes one hour, we establish a design brief by discussing the size and scale of the selected area, intended use, any thoughts or ideas you may have, any design requirements would like to see, your overall budget and some initial thoughts and considerations from us.

Design
After the initial consultation we begin development of a Concept Plan, breaking down the job into a series of processes outlining the overall outcome of the project. We then issue a quotation for the design package which is based upon the size of the area, the level of detail required and involvement of council regulations and submissions.

Upon acceptance of the design quote we survey the site, form a Site Plan of existing landscape elements and begin forming a comprehensive Master Plan, containing key features such as lighting, planting, details, elevations and a materials specification list.

After the presentation of the Master Plan - and revision of the plans if required - a fully comprehensive and detailed quote is issued for the next stage of the project; construction.

Construction
Once the design package is finalised we outline a schedule of works and an estimated start date - and depending on the size of the job - an estimated finish date.

All materials, subcontractors and trades are supplied by us in order to maximise job flow and minimise stress on you.
